High Sheer Dispersion Mixing Blades.
Dispersion blades create intense turbulence around the blade to ensure particles collide at high speeds and are further broken apart.
The flow then separates into upward and downward points of travel within the bucket to ensure complete circulation in the mixture.
-
The high sheer dispersion mixing blade is used to create a uniform mixture of polymer cementitious waterproofing membranes.
-
Greatly reduces the chance of aggregation of powder component within the liquid polymer dispersion.
Significantly decreases the time it takes to create a uniformed product mix.
Dispersion Theory
A dispersion mixer works on the principle of energy transfer.
The solids and liquids are drawn down into contact with the dispersion blade by the vortex it generates.
The solids/liquids move outward to flow over the dispersion disc creating an increase in velocity and shear force necessary to break the agglomerations into increasingly smaller particles.
This is perfect for mixing cementitious latex into a liquid polymer.
